A “I’ll give you a quote in 10min” turns into never calling me back . Both ME shops have very poor communication skills . It’s the little things for me cause if you can’t do the little things makes me worried about dropping the ball on big issues that could cost me a lot of money at the end .

At this time, we are unable to provide an accurate repair estimate over the phone based on a prior diagnosis performed by another shop or by the vehicle owner. Since neither you nor the vehicle have been to our location before, we first need to inspect the vehicle ourselves to verify its condition and determine whether any previous repairs or existing issues could affect the repair you are requesting. Once you bring the vehicle in and we are able to properly inspect and diagnose the issue, we will gladly provide you with a detailed and accurate quote for the necessary repairs. This helps ensure that the estimate we provide is neither too high nor too low and allows us to give you the best possible service. Please let us know when you would like to schedule a visit. Hello all, My wife and I usually check reviews and the Better Business Bureau before choosing a service provider. ME Automotive in Kyle had positive ratings on both platforms; however, our experience was not satisfactory. We had brake repairs performed on our Chevy Suburban, and afterward we noticed smoke and excessive heat coming from the rear brake. When we raised our concerns, we felt that responsibility for the issue was not clearly addressed. After several attempts by ME Automotive to resolve the problem, we ultimately chose to have the brakes inspected and repaired by another shop. Due to a potential legal dispute, I’m unable to share further details at this time, but I wanted to share our experience. At this point, we are exploring our options to resolve the matter and will provide updates as appropriate. In the meantime, I recommend ensuring that all agreements are documented in writing when doing business.

Yall I was just here and for my first time these guys know their stuff!! Very well informative and will not beat around the bush. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs. Mark the guy at the front was more than helpful and informed me on everything about my vehicle and was very helpful. Matthew the guy who looked at my car props to him for ACTUALLY looking into my car and taking pride in his work!!! Thank you guys!!!

I have been bringing my car, my dad's and now my daughters car here. The customer service at ME Automotive is amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They will call/text you with updates on your vehicle as they are working on it from oil changes to many of the other services they provide. They stand behind the work that they do. Highly recommend you give them a try if you are needing a good mechanic to service your car.

They recently charged a family member $300 12v battery. This costs less than 1/2 from any auto store. Don't go here unless you want to be scammed.
