I wanted to come back and update my review because ME Auto truly went above and beyond to make things right! After bringing my 2021 Ford Expedition in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday, after those closed on Saturday I discovered that the engine oil cap had not been put back on, which caused my check engine light to turn on. I was understandably worried about potential engine damage and wasn’t comfortable driving my vehicle. I called ME Auto at 8 AM this morning, and Mark immediately took care of the situation. He made sure to have my vehicle towed to their shop so I wouldn’t have to risk driving it and potentially causing any engine damage. They corrected the issue, cleaned everything up, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They also offered complimentary oil changes as a gesture of goodwill. Mistakes can happen, but I believe what really matters is how a business responds when something goes wrong. ME Auto took my concerns seriously, acted quickly, and made a genuine effort to make things right. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I originally had a great experience with their pricing and service, and after seeing how they handled this situation, I have even more appreciation for this family-owned business. I’m grateful they stood behind their work and took care of me the way they did. Thank you, ME Auto, for going above and beyond!
