Worst experience ever. They are the rudest shop I have eve tried to work with the refused service on my car after it was scheduled for a month. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I truly can’t thank ME auto enough. I’m very particular when it comes to mechanic work since we have mechanics in the family back home, so it took me a while to find a shop I could fully trust. But after our first few interactions with ME auto, I knew we had found the jackpot - honest, trustworthy, fairly priced, and genuinely good people. We’ve been going to them for a few years now, and they are the ONLY ONES we trust with all of our vehicles. Recently, we needed body work done, and they recommended First Light auto body, buda. They are a family run company and wow did they not disappoint. Jonathan was absolutely amazing!!! I truly can’t speak highly enough about how genuine, helpful, and professional Jonathan was and guided me through a very stressful situation with patience. It’s rare to find businesses and people who care this much anymore. Huge thank you to both ME auto and First Light for always taking such great care of us. Highly, highly recommend!

Communication is key when it comes to customers I can’t even get a phone call back from the lady “service” advisor.

Took my Subaru in for some routine maintenance and everyone at ME was so friendly and nice. I was informed of everything they were going to do and they were able to explain everything going on with my car. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic shop!

I highly recommend ME Automotive in Buda. I’ve trusted them with all my vehicles because they are honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve handled oil changes, AC repairs, and general maintenance, and the service is always excellent. They explain everything clearly and never push unnecessary work. A shop you can truly trust.

I have been bringing my car, my dad's and now my daughters car here. The customer service at ME Automotive is amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They will call/text you with updates on your vehicle as they are working on it from oil changes to many of the other services they provide. They stand behind the work that they do. Highly recommend you give them a try if you are needing a good mechanic to service your car.

They’re always really nice and informative. I never feel like I’m being duped or oversold. And the shop cat is so great.

They recently charged a family member $300 12v battery. This costs less than 1/2 from any auto store. Don't go here unless you want to be scammed.
