Hello all, My wife and I usually check reviews and the Better Business Bureau before choosing a service provider. ME Automotive in Kyle had positive ratings on both platforms; however, our experience was not satisfactory. We had brake repairs performed on our Chevy Suburban, and afterward we noticed smoke and excessive heat coming from the rear brake. When we raised our concerns, we felt that responsibility for the issue was not clearly addressed. After several attempts by ME Automotive to resolve the problem, we ultimately chose to have the brakes inspected and repaired by another shop. Due to a potential legal dispute, I’m unable to share further details at this time, but I wanted to share our experience. At this point, we are exploring our options to resolve the matter and will provide updates as appropriate. In the meantime, I recommend ensuring that all agreements are documented in writing when doing business.

Yall I was just here and for my first time these guys know their stuff!! Very well informative and will not beat around the bush. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs. Mark the guy at the front was more than helpful and informed me on everything about my vehicle and was very helpful. Matthew the guy who looked at my car props to him for ACTUALLY looking into my car and taking pride in his work!!! Thank you guys!!!

I highly recommend ME Automotive in Buda. I’ve trusted them with all my vehicles because they are honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve handled oil changes, AC repairs, and general maintenance, and the service is always excellent. They explain everything clearly and never push unnecessary work. A shop you can truly trust.

I have been bringing my car, my dad's and now my daughters car here. The customer service at ME Automotive is amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They will call/text you with updates on your vehicle as they are working on it from oil changes to many of the other services they provide. They stand behind the work that they do. Highly recommend you give them a try if you are needing a good mechanic to service your car.

They’re always really nice and informative. I never feel like I’m being duped or oversold. And the shop cat is so great.

They recently charged a family member $300 12v battery. This costs less than 1/2 from any auto store. Don't go here unless you want to be scammed.

This shop was a LIFESAVER when we experienced car trouble on our Spring Break trip. The mechanics were professional and knowledgeable. They quickly ran diagnostics, made a quick repair and had us on the road. I highly recommend this shop and wish I lived near to utilize them more. Thanks M E!

No AC in a Texas summer?! I was ready to throw my car across the ocean with the prices and extra unnecessary tidbits I was being quoted elsewhere, but not here! They are honest, fairly priced, kind, communicative, and have an office cat .. what’s not to love?! Highly recommend :)

ME Auto Repair was willing to quote a price for the services I needed with the current coupons/discounts available. a lot of shops are not willing to do that. They were ready to do the work without delay at the appointment time. Work was done in the time they had advised it would take. The price was as quoted. I am very satisfied.
