I went in for an oil change and was in/out in no time. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about future alignment and rotor work. I was very pleased with the customer service.

I heard about these folks from a neighbor. I am very satisfied with the work and the explanation and the time that it took. I was in a bind and Jonathan and Daniel at the beautiful location gotten fixed up and also notified me about some things that might need to happen in the future so I can schedule that.

The word Lifesavers are often set aside for The Fire Department or EMT's, But the auto mechanics at M.E AUTOMOTIVE in my book also fall in that select club of HERO'S. We brought in our car 10/08/2016 at 8 in the morning, it felt as it was misfiring, the whole car would shake and felt sluggish. And the hero's there at M.E AUTOMOTIVE jumped into action, first off may I point out they drove us back home while they worked on our car. And by 11 am they identified the problem by 12;30 all was fixed plus a oil change and with a ride back to the shop we where back on the road. The cost almost half of what would cost elsewhere and being they are local you get that small town feel when it comes to customer service I once thought was lost in this modern age. We brought in our car on 10-08-2016, at 8 am the car was shaking and sluggish while driving, We were greeted with a smile and a can do attitude by the gentlemen who works the desk, and once he found out we needed a ride back home until our car is done, without hesitation he said no problem and had one of the mechanics drive us home. By 11:30 we got a call telling us what needs fixed by 12:30 it was completed and we were given another ride back we were on the road by 1p.m. Everything fixed plus a oil change. What would have cost twice almost three times as much from the chain automotive repair places minus the ride to and fro and most of all minus the Small town hospitality feel we received at M.E Automotive. Money is one thing but being nice and respectful to the customers is something that can't be taught nor can be bought, but when you get it you better relish it because in today's world it is almost gone, BUT NOT AT M.E AUTOMOTIVE

I found ME Automotive here on Yelp based on location and star rating. They definitely lived up to their reviews. I was having trouble with my brakes and called ahead. Jonathan was friendly and straightforward about prices. I was able to bring my car in right away. GPS led me down the wrong street so I called again. Jonathan gave me better directions and even stood outside of the building to wave me down. Their shop is hard to see, the sign is small. As far as workmanship, I was very satisfied and impressed with their timeliness. I will officially be taking my car here for any future needs.
