First time customer. Talked with the manager while waiting on an oil change and ended up finding a fix for a small issue on my vehicle - I only brought it up because we started talking. They also bring in local kids from the high school to teach them the trade. Good place to do business.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this shop! They're awesome!! In Feb they repaired my rear axel seals on my Titan on budget and on time. I just picked up my truck from them again and they replaced my exhaust manifold no easy task on a 04 Nissan Titan, but yet again on time and on budget. I would recommend this shop to anybody who values honesty and customer service they really go above and beyond here!

I am the type who does as much of the work to my own vehicles as possible, however, for the few things I do require a shop for, I will continue returning to M E in Kyle. I have come to this location two times now. Each time they provided exactly what I asked and they did it in a very timely fashion too. I don't often find very good auto shops that I have repeat business with until I went to ME Auto. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! I couldn't ask for better customer service. I brought one of my vehicles which needed hrs of work and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done! I felt they were very honest and weren't trying to con me into doing unnecessary work. Their prices were very reasonable and affordable. They are also a BBB accredited business which was how I found about them initially. If your having car troubles I highly recommend these guys, so skip the other bums across from them and do yourself and your car a favor and go to Me auto. I would and will definitely do business with them again.

I just want to say this place is great I moved from east Texas and wanted to find a great place to take my cars.I would recommend that y'all go here Johnny the manager is the best they make you feel at home and know how to fix anything,his techs are the best, well can't say how much they do on here just take your car oh and money they will fix you up..

i took my daughter to ME Automotive to have her oil changed. we had noticed a coupon on the back of a local HEB receipt and hadn't been to this shop or even heard of it before but decided to check it out. we were in and out quickly and everything was as advertised. we definitely plan on going back for any service needs she may need in the future.

Jonathan was very friendly and honest with his price. He and his crew got it done for me in 1 day! I have a mustang and needed to install lowering springs and get an alignment. Friendly staff as well! Francesca at the front desk kept me aware of the status and provided me with a full invoice once I cashed out. I will definitely recommend friends and be back! I have 2 other vehicles and I trust them!
