The customer service is amazing! I needed an alignment in a jiffy and they were able to open up their schedule to fit me in the same day! 10/04/2024 My tires were way off and they got the alignment perfectly as well as informed me I needed new ball joints with a quote which is appreciated. On 10/06/2024 I was doing an oil change and during my routine inspection of the truck I noticed something worrying on the suspension; the sway bar link was gone on the driver's side. The sway bar on a vehicle helps reduce body roll and in effect roll overs during a turn or unexpected road defects, without the link attaching it to the vehicle it might as well not exist. As my wife and my children are the ones that use the truck I became distraught that this potential hazard had gone unnoticed. Thankfully I am mechanically inclined and thankfully the truck was due for an oil change just two days later. I considered going back to the shop to give them my two cents, but the piece is $12 and it takes 2 minutes to install so instead I am writing this review. I do not believe they did it with malice and I do believe we all make mistakes. Unfortunately some of them can be very small and life threatening. In conclusion, they are good people but I would recommend giving their work a once over or have the techs be a little more attentive. Thank you!
