You know that feeling when you found the mechanic you will use for the next 20 years. No? Let me introduce you to them. I've used the shop three times on three separate issues. There was no need for review after the first two. Price was good, work was completed on time, they kept me informed of where they were at in the process.... what I expect from a shop. The third time I used them I was expecting another repair on my used truck. BUT here's what stood out. They proactively let me know it was a warranty issue with the part. So to me, that means on top of the good price, work completed on time and keeping me up to date. They ACTUALLY cared more about me as a customer than a few dollars in profit.

Eddie and his crew at ME Automotive (Kyle) are awesome, professional and reasonable. I had some mechanical and body work done in late April 2018 and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and loved ones. Trustworthy and honest crew. Thanks again guys!

I drive from Austin to get my Toyota 4Runner fixed at ME automotive and it is worth the drive. Great place for women to get their truck fixed because they are honest and do quality work at reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend for anyone!!!!

True customer service at its finest! Towed my f150 in on Saturday, they called me first thing Monday morning, and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon. They called every step of the way. I have not experienced such amazing customer service, and customer CARE in a very long time. It's amazing businesses like this that are the epitome of a small town where we all take care of each other and help each other out! I will make This shop my go to mechanic shop for everything. Just amazing how well they took care me.

I had my Jaguar XFR custom done with exhaust cutouts by M. E. Automotive. The owner is quick to communicate and very professional/knowledgeable. Josh and Robert who worked on my car, communicated throughout the entire process and made sure I knew each step of what was going on, and did a high quality custom job on my car. These gentlemen go above and beyond for their customers. Stop in here next time you need something done on your car if you want peace of mind in knowing you will be taken care of.

I’ve been using ME Automotive for over three years now and their service gets better each time. If you want a place that gives you an honest diagnosis of your problem and doesn’t make you spend money on things that you don’t need then go see these guys. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It’s the best of the best.
