Sorry for the inconvenience William but a lot of people are trying to get there cars inspected right now. We do a lot of state inspections here, probable the most here in Kyle plus we are doing them for free at the moment as a service to are community. Its unfortunate to see a bad review just based on not being able to do your inspection right there on the spot.
